DIANE

With a career in our office spanning over 20 years, Diane has been helping patients navigate their care since graduating dental assisting school in September 2003. She originally worked alongside Dr. Meares as an assistant before moving into her role as a Patient Care Coordinator, where she ensures scheduling, insurance, and financial questions are handled smoothly. Diane has a gift for making patients feel relaxed and at ease, reflecting our commitment to comfort and personalized care. Outside the office, she enjoys going on adventures with her husband and children. In September 2023, we proudly celebrated Diane’s 20th anniversary with our team — a milestone that speaks to the trust she has built with patients over the years and the positive impact she makes every day.

KAITLYN

Since joining our team in November 2020, Kaitlyn has focused on making every patient experience as seamless as possible. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she carefully coordinates appointments and insurance benefits, helping patients get the most from their care. Kaitlyn’s thoughtful, attentive approach ensures that each visit flows smoothly and feels stress-free. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Bringing warmth and a welcoming presence to the front desk, Liz has been helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care since joining our team in January 2025. Often the first friendly face patients see, she assists with registration, scheduling, and insurance questions while making the process feel effortless. Liz’s passion for making every encounter positive reflects our commitment to care that is rooted in trust and ease. Outside the office, she enjoys playing instruments and singing..

HALEY

Originally from Mississippi, Haley joined our team with dental assisting training and a heart for serving others. She previously worked in a retirement home caring for elderly patients, where she developed a deep appreciation for patience, attentiveness, and compassionate care. Haley now serves as a chair side assistant to Dr. Meares, bringing that same gentle approach to our practice and helping patients feel supported and reassured at every visit — a reflection of how we are truly rooted in care. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her growing family.

Bringing prior dental assisting experience from California and a background in the public school system, Carmen has been making patients feel at ease as a chair side assistant for Dr. Meares since October 2025. She has a natural talent for creating a calm and comfortable environment, reflecting our belief that comfort starts here and continues throughout every step of care. Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
